Reality T.V. Weight Loss- Part 2:
Reality T.V. is fun and dramatic and the shows that involve rapid, high amounts of weight loss are full of sweat and tears, and in the end hopefully…triumph over obese weight Now, reality sinks in and you need to see if those ‘biggest losers’ still kept the weight off. It was in People Magazine this year that one of the previous year’s biggest losers gained 120 lb back after the show ended and was working to lose the weight again. One that is horrible for your body. Two, his crashing self-esteem and public humiliation must have been a huge challenge for him.
Tomorrow we’ll talk specifics about weight loss ideas that worked for me, and I hope can help you.
